Some parts impressed, others didn’t

I recently stayed for a short getaway, and the experience was mixed. While the front desk staff was friendly, we encountered cleanliness issues and persistent musty odors. The breakfast options were limited and the decor felt outdated. The location was convenient, making it a decent stop for families. Proceed with caution!

The air conditioning worked well in our room it kept things cool in a humid weather and they had a bowl of fresh fruit options out all day very nice touch to have healthy snacks available. The boys really enjoyed the pool although the bathroom by the pool was out of commission which was a hassle but still they had fun in the hot tub.

It wasn't exactly cheap but acceptable for what we needed at the time.

The pool and hot tub were a hit with the kids! The location was super convenient, just off the interstate.

The hotel featured a lovely breakfast area with plenty of choices, and the staff was exceptionally attentive, ensuring everyone had what they needed. The pool area was perfectly accessible for seniors, making it a pleasant spot to relax.

Improve hallway cleanliness and remove musty odors.

The staff was very accommodating during my stay, especially the lady at the front desk who tried her best to assist me, even when faced with challenges. I appreciated the promptness in handling my refund request, which didn't take too much time. Additionally, the room I stayed in had a comfortable setup, making it easy to unwind after a long day.

The overall condition of the hotel felt quite outdated.

It was just an ideal choice for a weekend breather in Ham Lake with attractive and competitive value for money. The staff was exceptionally attentive, ensuring everyone had what they needed during breakfast. Make sure to check if the heating is working before settling in.
